We engane in architectural projects through spatial planning, design development, and visual studies. Our approach focuses on proportion, flow, and buildable design intent, working in collaboration with consultants and project partners as needed.

Virtual Interior Design
Virtual Interior Design
During select project windows throughout the year, we offer virtual interior design at a preferred seasonal rate of $75 per hour.
Full-Room Design — Typically 15-25 Hours
Starting at $1,125 per room
Ideal for designing a room from the ground up. The scope may include space planning, design direction, furniture and décor sourcing, material selections, and a complete visual design package.
Room Refresh — Starting at 8 Hours
Starting at $600 per room
Ideal for spaces that already have a foundation but need a more cohesive direction. This may include refining the layout, incorporating existing pieces, sourcing select furnishings, and completing the room through décor and styling.
These packages serve as starting points. If the project requires additional design time, we will discuss the recommended hours with you before proceeding. Additional time is billed separately at $75 per hour.
Milestone-Based Billing
Milestone-Based Billing
You will not be required to pay the full estimated design fee upfront. Billing is divided into two project milestones:
Progress Billing: Issued when approximately 50% of the design work has been completed
Final Billing: Issued once the agreed-upon design work and deliverables are complete
Any additional design hours requested or approved beyond the original scope will be included in the applicable milestone invoice.
